The Cambridge Rocket Club hosted it’s tenth and final scheduled launch of the season. The seasonal conditions included a cloudy sky, cool temperatures and moderate winds. We once again had a large turn-out with 21 CRC members and 3 guests participating. We launched a variety of rockets utilizing engines from A to G. We flew some multi-stage, cluster, scale and boost glider rockets. In all we managed to launch 60 model rockets, burning 69 model rocket engines with a theoretical total impulse of 2,690 neutons.
This launch concludes the Cambridge Rocket Club 2025 scheduled launch season. It does not mean that we will stop launching until we resume our scheduled launches in the Spring of 2026. When weather conditions permit, we will schedule short notice mini-launches for those hearty enough to fly during the winter months. Stay tuned.
Thanks to all of you for supporting the Cambridge Rocket Club again. It is with your continued support we continue to grow and enjoy our hobby together.
Cheers
